Obsessed with GMC and Still bought a 2018 Ram So......I`ve never purchased a new truck before and I went in looking for a 2010-2013 Ram. Colleen was able to work out a great deal for me to get in So......I`ve never purchased a new truck before and I went in looking for a 2010-2013 Ram. Colleen was able to work out a great deal for me to get in to a brand new Truck while paying roughly the same price as used. Of course promotions helped with this but she could have just taken my money for a used truck and made an easy sale. Instead she sat down with me and we crunched numbers. She knows I do not make a lot of money and I am young so my credit is a working progress. She got me financing at 4.59% and even helped me figure out my budget. She was very kind and helpful. Never pressured me to buy anything at all even tho I was only "looking" she still sat down and helped me out which is why i bought my truck from her. She treated me like family and made 100% sure that my best interests were being looked out for. I have since been in contact with her 2 or 3 times looking for advice or help and even on her days off she still helps me. I have never been this happy with someone before. When the sales person treats you right and goes above and beyond on all aspects of her job, It makes trusting her so much easier. Even after the sale and start of payments, she continues to help. Not a single second went by that i felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. END ALL BE ALL FOR THIS REVIEW: IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP PLEASE ASK FOR COLLEEN HARNACK.
