Customer Service- Par Excellence I went to the dealership for a recall notice. With the recall notice I explained to the service adviser (Kyle Magdamo) about the problem with AC. I found him very knowledgeable, he explained to me the chances are that we would be able to fix the problem for free under the extended warranty but it could be possible that there is some fee. Not only this, I explained to him that I need the vehicle over the weekend because of the Eid celebrations coming up. He accomadated my genuine request and informed me that the car would be done before weekend. I had to run for an important appointment, Kyle arranged the shuttle service for me, due to some misunderstanding I missed the shuttle. The manager brought his own truck to front with a smile. I would say this service in a very busy environment is PAR EXCELLENCE!!!!!! More

2019 Jeep Cherokee Purchase I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee at Fraser. This is the third vehicle that I have bought at this location, but the first under this management I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee at Fraser. This is the third vehicle that I have bought at this location, but the first under this management. The previous experience was good, but this one was excellent. Al Kennedy was my salesman and he worked his behind off to get me a great deal. He was jovial and very knowledgeable. Sherry Lizinski handled the paperwork for the money part and the explanation of all of the available options for warranties and such. She is a pleasure to deal with. If this vehicle is as good as the others, i will be very happy! Pick up was on time, and everything was as should be. Overall, a wonderful, pleasant experience! More
