This was one of my smooth this transaction Of buying a jeep . Colleen was very cool calm and collective, when dealing with her little shi#t brother . Colleen was very professional and very detailed on going through the whole deal , showing me and explaining me of all the paperwork. What I like about Colleen’s detail going through the walk around of the jeep is that she shoed me the locations of the Diesel fill location and the DEF fluid, also showing me the interior of the hood engine bay , even breaking down checking all the fluids fluids locations , showing me the antitheft disable cut out switch. . Colleen was in dress clothes and she was on her hands and knees showing me were the spare tire location . Dam she was very detailed . Just the simple things she does is getting me a Winter hat and a jeep mug and a Tim Hortons card. People don’t realize she sacrifices portions of her commission to take care of the small details. At no time I felt like this was forced or being pushed to make a sale, it was sure ease making my decisions to buy this jeep Now , I just have to get her to buy a Marathon watch.
