Nick was wonderful to work with!!! I like taking my time, doing research on various vehicles and being methodical in choosing our next vehicle. Nick was very patient through out this process, never even once pushed or rushed us!!! We had a chat the first time and he was helpful in choosing the right trim to meet our requirements. He brought that vehicle to our home for a test drive. Moreover, our preference was corresponding through email. Nick would answer all my emails promptly and with the details requested. He was upfront and honest in all our dealings. I had to step into the dealership only twice, once to evaluate our trade-in and the second time to sign the paperwork. Everything was done remotely and Nick had played a big part in ensuring that this process has gone smoothly. We could not have asked for a better sales person or better sales experience than what we encountered in Finch. I would highly recommend Finch Hyundai in general and Nick Fabiano in particular. A shout out to Clint Johnston, Finance Manager at Finch Hyundai! He was quite pleasant to deal with and patiently explained various options and accessories that are available. He answered all our questions to the point and showed us the updated vehicle cost and payment amount as we progressed through various steps. I really like this dealership, seeing how professional and courteous they are in dealing with their customers. No wonder they have been raked as the #1 Hyundai dealer in Ontario for 2021!!!!
