An HONEST Car dealer I knew Jody through a previous business so I wasn't surprised that her compassion and honesty carried into her work at Finch Chevrolet. When I decided I knew Jody through a previous business so I wasn't surprised that her compassion and honesty carried into her work at Finch Chevrolet. When I decided it was time for a new (to me) vehicle I went first to Jody. She treated me with dignity and respect even as I searched around to many other used car lots and took several test drives. I had specific needs (size, features, etc) and Jody helped me narrow down the choices. A couple times she even explained how and why a vehicle that I thought was perfect, would not meet my needs --- it could have cost her a sale, but I appreciated that she treated the sale as if she would be driving the vehicle herself - completely Honest and sincere!!! Jody worked with me through the unique payment plan and was extremely patient when she discovered that I had forgotten to call my insurance to notify of the change. Couldn't be happier! This was our second time working with Kevin, we still have and love our Cruze! Kevin quickly offered a few makes and models for us to look into based on his experience and customer reviews. From the moment we got in the Equinox, it felt right! After a super smooth test drive capped off with our "doesn't sleep in cars" daughter...sleeping; we were completely sold! Kevin didn't just sell us a great vehicle, but installed our car seat, walked us through the vehicle settings and radio features. He hooked up our Bluetooth and wifi, too! Since having the vehicle home we have had zero issues and multiple check ins from Kevin to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. Not that we have any reason to shop for a new vehicle at this time but we are excited to work with Kevin again in the future! More
