Hope & A Car I Like After a no-fault accident that resulted in my car to be written off, I found myself needing another car much sooner than I wanted to in my life & was After a no-fault accident that resulted in my car to be written off, I found myself needing another car much sooner than I wanted to in my life & was even put on a time restraint (I was down to 1 more week as per my insurance company). My situation left me feeling hopeless and very stressed out. My boyfriend and I heard the commercial on the radio about “Help Auto” & that Justin was available to help people with a variety of financial backgrounds get a vehicle. I contacted Finch through their text message feature online specifically requesting Justin who got in touch with me within 2 hours. Not only did he have a vehicle in my price range within a couple days - it was the car I wanted to get but wasn’t sure I could - AND nicer/newer than I thought I could get! He was so helpful, going as far as telling me to make sure I asked for a car proof from another dealer I was comparing with. That proved to me I could completely trust his advice and I came back to purchase from Finch. The service department was just as helpful (Micheal & Les), with some minor details I wanted them to look at. No questions asked, with a loaner or shuttle on stand by to ensure my whole day wasn't spent waiting at the dealership.
