Driving away with a SMILE! After a month or two of car hunting at many Dodge dealerships, we saw our dream car listed at Erinwood Ford's Automall Clearance Centre. We took the long trip to see it and we were amazed! We were greeted with smiles on a Sunday afternoon when most dealerships were closed! The knowledge that Kyle was able to provide about the specific vehicle we were looking at, as well as about a Dodge vehicles in general was better than the information we had received from the many Dodge dealerships we had visited. He knew many answers of our extensive questions and bent over backwards to make sure we were well informed about the vehicle before committing! Close but no cigar. Upon entering the trailer sales office, Mr. Jackson took on the task of fulfilling my requirements. I simply told him what I wanted to accomplish and what vehicle I was interested in. Through no fault of his own, the vehicle I was interested in ended up being sold by another salesperson as we were negotiating a trade in value and a test drive. Obviously there is a flaw in the dealership system that does not identify when a vehicle is being worked on by another salesperson. In this day and age of computers and modernization I have to put the blame entirely on the dealership and their staff for failure to communicate and share information. I did read all the positive recommendations and even had a close friend refer me to the dealership from his personal experience, and I can assure your the wonderful sales folks are top notch. I'm hoping to resolve my current situation with a similar vehicle. More
