A hose clamp was loose, and I alomost lost my motor on the first day that I owned it. The car was towed to the nearest Ford dealership for Ford Warranty repairs. No cost to Erinwood. The Manager-Used, Nick thought that Erinwood did not owe me the cost of a rental car. After 5 hours, and 1 screamfest on the phone I gave up, this Nick practices the hide-me management style. Always hide from the customer. If you must speak, speak through powerless underlings who are your flak catchers. Stall long enough, and the problem and the customer will go away, as I did. Call too late at night to do anything useful. Call the next morning to rub salt in the wound. Be a coward and a bully and enjoy every minute of it. Beware that Nick. More

Ali Sharefeldin greeted us in the parking lot and directed us into the office where he began to build a relationship with us. We stated our vehicle requirements, and were offered an informative and comprehensive selection of vehicle choices. Armed with good information, we left the dealership to discuss our options. Upon our return, we discussed both our requirements and the available options offered, and decided to lease a 2016 Ford Escape SE. The professionalism, expertise and customer service provided by Ali ranks this purchase as an experience with which we were completely satisfied. The exemplary follow-up of the financial details with Carol Buckwald was an endorsement of the quality of staff at Erinwood Ford. A Ford sales person Bob Sydoruk, who helped me, has not behaved like a stereotypical sales-person but like a honest ethical human being and made me realize that these qualities do not have to be diminished even if person works in the car sales industry. I have listened to Bob, learned a quite a bit, bought the car, and since then followed Bob from Ford to Ford and bought or leased my Ford vehicles. Once Bob had retirement in mind he introduced me at "Sheridan Ford" to Victor Nascimento, an equally unique human being with same power to make you believe in human spirit again. Victor was my sales person at Erinwood Ford. It was pleasure to get a second Ford (Fiesta) for my family and it was pleasure to deal with Erinwood Ford Team. I will buy my Fords from Victor Nascimento wherever he is. I hope with Erinwood Ford. Kept repeating his pitches, had to look up answers to most simple questions, his pricing was all over the place and confusing, and basically wasn't a very pleasant person. We walked into Erinwood and were greeted by Martin who was the total opposite of this last person. Right off the bat he was extremely courteous and very easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions with ease , showed us various options along with pricing in an direct and understandable way. We both felt very comfortable and relaxed dealing with him... Sorta felt like we'd known him for years!! Later we met with Robyn to sign papers. She was just like Martin. Very friendly, informative and funny! Also, I'm not very good with computers. But when I picked up my vehicle, Martin spent at least an extra hour inside the Escape explaining all of the features to me. This helped immensely!! Overall, our visit was a total pleasure and at no time did we feel pressured by them. We would recommend these two competent employees to anyone. More

The salesman (Matt Trueman) was expecting us. He walked my daughter through multiple choices. With his help, my daughter now owns her first new car. She is over the moon. While waiting for the two of them to finalise the sale I happened to spot an SUV for my wife. Matt was able to make me a deal that I thought was very fair. After discussing it with my wife, we went back the following day and purchased the vehicle. I found Matt to be honest, funny, and a real professional.
