He was informative, professional and helped us through the entire process. The delivery of the car was organised through Mark from the same office , Mark did a remarkable job of getting the car ready for us on time, all the paperwork and transfer formalities were very well handled. Mark was professional and very helpful, he had an excellent follow up, he called us a day prior to the delivery date and reminded us about all the documents we need to carry with us to pick up the car. He called back in the morning on the day the vehicle was to be delivered and again reminded us about the documents that we need to carry. He had all the paper work ready for us , the car was washed and all ready for us. He took the time to go through in details all the features of the car, he was extremely helpful and provided great service, after a couple of days he called back again to find out how we were doing with our new car and if there is any thing else that he could help us with. Being in the service industry my self I was thrilled to experience such intuitive and passionate service in the auto industry.
