I've been to 15+ dealerships before, and the customer service here is easily the best. I didn't have to wait for someone to at least welcome me, and talk to me about my needs. Waiting for a rep took a few minutes but nothing that wasn't acceptable. I personally dealt with Vivian; and she was fantastic. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. I've had issues in the past test driving cars, due to my taste (fast manual hatches) but here there was no issue. They even let me take it out by myself. All in all, the best dealership I've dealt with. Oh yeah, and I got one hell of a deal. More

I purchased a brand new 2015 Ford F150 pickup in one telephone call and within few days of liaising with Erinwood Ford's Vivian. No price haggling, no false delivery date promises all was done as promised. Vivian was well versed with the Ford pickups and was more than professional. The next part of the equation was I took advantage of the Ford interest free financing the Financial Manager Ms. Robyn Barrett made the paper work and the process easy for me. It is always a worry at a dealership that the sales team will be pushy and constantly call and hassle you after you call or visit. However my sales experience with Vivian was a pleasure! She answered all my questions and offered advice when i asked as well as followed up with any info I required in a timely manner.
