From the moment I walked into Erinwood Ford, they made the process so easy. Everyone was extremely friendly and my salesman, Lem Weekes, was fantastic! He was patient and helpful answering all my questions and did not push me to make a decision. I felt like I was dealing with a kind and honest person and he made the process that much easier. He really took the time to make sure that I was getting the vehicle I wanted and that I would be completely happy with what I bought. I must also note that on the day I was scheduled to collect my car, I was held up by unforeseen circumstances and arrived 5 minutes before the dealership was due to close. Lem and one of the finance team members stayed late to assure that I was able to get my car, which really meant a lot. I would definitely recommend Erinwood Ford to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle and I would highly recommend Lem ontop of that.
