I shopped the price around to nearly every dealer in the Toronto area and couldn' This is my second truck from these guys. (Reason # 2 I'll go back.) I shopped the price around to nearly every dealer in the Toronto area and couldn't come close to what I payed on both trucks. (Reason #3 I'll go back) I hate going to dealerships... I shop at home and do the research before I walk in so can get in and out ASAP. That being said I am not an easy customer. Doug never lost his smile as much as I asked him to compare 5 trucks and dickered relentlessly about the differences. (Reason #1 I'll go back) I had a credit Hick Up. Due to a minor credit malfunction on the behalf of the one of the Bureaus, I was not initially able to fiance my newest truck. I phone the Doug, asked to speak frankly and told him that we needed to find a solution.....In a matter of minutes, between Doug, his manager, and Adam the finance manger involved, the problem was solved. I am a contractor and the truck is my number 1 tool. Its gets me to where I need to get to to provide for my family. This is my 7th truck in my life and I'm pretty sure I know where my 8th is coming from. More

Habib greated us right away and ensured we were looked after. Some small things I noticed were that Habib held EVERY single door open for us and always asked if we would like a cool bottle of water while we waited to sign papers. I'm in the service industry and I know that it's the small things that really count. He was also very knowledgable and professional.
