Bait and switch Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $ Ford had great incentives on 2015 Mustang. Last day of the incentives I negotiated a price and was about to buy the car. All of a sudden there was $750 increase in the cost. A discount they said I would get no longer applied, admin fee of $125 and locking wheel lugs $125 even though these were clearly included with the car as per the sticker. Talked with a manager and he just sent me back to talk with the salesman. The "it's only an extra $5 a month" didn't work on me. These are the old tactics that i thought dealerships had gotten away from. More

Relaxing There were lots of trucks to see with options I was interested in. Mark encouraged me to look at anything I wanted and take as much time as I wanted. Took the fear out of buying a new car I have been putting of buying a new car as I hate going to car dealerships. I have gone to several different dealerships over the past few months but I have been putting of buying a new car as I hate going to car dealerships. I have gone to several different dealerships over the past few months but always left feeling I was not really taken seriously and my questions were not answered. I heard an add for Erinwood Ford and decide to take the 45 minute drive to see if they lived up to their promises. I dealt with Martin Menzies and he was excellent he answered our questions and made the whole experience must less painful. Adam dealt with the financial and paperwork side and that was easy. More

Good Experience! Bought a new 2016 F150. Was about to buy from my local dealer but they were not willing to budge on the price. So I went on dealer rater and saw that Bought a new 2016 F150. Was about to buy from my local dealer but they were not willing to budge on the price. So I went on dealer rater and saw that Erinwood had a top rating. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay (knowledgable buyer having done my homework) and so called the dealer. I spoke with Jack on the phone and he said he had a vehicle that I wanted in the lot with some extras but a bit more than my price range. I decided to make the 70km trek to visit Jack. The truck on the lot was nice, we took it for a test drive as well. But even with back-and-forth, it was more than my budget. So we looked at a factory order - and then with some more back-and-forth, agreed on a price that was in the range I was willing to accept. So 3 hours well spent. And a day later, the local dealer called me and when I told them I got the truck in the range I wanted, they were shocked. Picking up the car - we met with Robyn in the Finance dept. She was excellent - very "on top" of everything, explained what I was signing and why, and pretty clear, transparent and efficient. So all-in-all a good experience. I knew what I was looking for, did my homework and was prepared with what price I was willing to pay. A pretty quick transaction as we just had to do some minor negotiation. More
