PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I am driving a 2013 Ford Fusion, it is due for renewal in 6 months, I decided to switch to a Ford Edge so went to the dealership. Reception called Viv I am driving a 2013 Ford Fusion, it is due for renewal in 6 months, I decided to switch to a Ford Edge so went to the dealership. Reception called Vivian, she was busy and told me to wait.After 25 minutes I decided to look for the models and payments while waiting & went to the computer in lounge. Tire to turn it on , had to call receptionist for help, it took her 10 minutes to figure out how to turn it on. The computer asked for password which no one seems to know. I asked for sales manager,who told me that Vivian is only available by appointment and handed me to a salesperson who advised me to wait a couple of months and then come back. After wasting an hour and a half I decided to go to another dealership and called Dave Raymond (dealer principal) to let him know the situation at his dealership. Dave replied, "every story has two sides" I thanked him for his answer as I now know the reason for everyone's attitude at the dealer. I went to Meadowvale Ford and left the dealership after 50 minutes with the copy of new Bill of sale in my hand. I will never go back to erinwood ever again! losers ! More

Not having a pushy sales team is great and made me feel like we were working together instead of someone trying to sell me something. Vivian and Mark plowed through a foot of snow and freezing temperatures to help me out. Finding the right car for me and make me a very happy customer. Giving 5 stars from me is hard, I usually hate giving out perfect scores.... but they all deserve it. Love my new Edge Sport. More

It was my first time buying/leasing a car and I was a little apprehensive going int I recently leased a 2016 Ford C-Max Energi SEL from Erinwood Ford. It was my first time buying/leasing a car and I was a little apprehensive going into the process. Fortunately, I met Mark, the sales associate that helped turn a potentially stressful experience into a memorable one. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and the government rebates offered for Hybrids/EVs but he didn't force anything on me. He's a straight shooter who was more than happy to draw up different options (buying, leasing, etc.) and help me find a package that met both my technical and financial requirements. On top of that, Mark was just a very personable guy that made the whole experience comfortable - which is hard to do when you're making such a large financial commitment and there are so many options out there! At the end of the day, I left the dealership feeling like I made the right decision about my car, which is all you can ask for. I'd definitely go back to Erinwood Ford for my future vehicle needs. I'd also recommend any first time car buyers or those in the market for Hybrid/EVs to consider this dealership - unlike some dealerships, they take the $7,900 government rebate for EVs right off the top so you don't have to finance it yourself upfront and then wait months for the government to reimburse you! It doesn't get much better than that. More
