Made buying my first car a breeze I recently leased a 2016 Ford C-Max Energi SEL from Erinwood Ford. It was my first time buying/leasing a car and I was a little apprehensive going into the process. Fortunately, I met Mark, the sales associate that helped turn a potentially stressful experience into a memorable one. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and the government rebates offered for Hybrids/EVs but he didn't force anything on me. He's a straight shooter who was more than happy to draw up different options (buying, leasing, etc.) and help me find a package that met both my technical and financial requirements. On top of that, Mark was just a very personable guy that made the whole experience comfortable - which is hard to do when you're making such a large financial commitment and there are so many options out there! At the end of the day, I left the dealership feeling like I made the right decision about my car, which is all you can ask for. I'd definitely go back to Erinwood Ford for my future vehicle needs. I'd also recommend any first time car buyers or those in the market for Hybrid/EVs to consider this dealership - unlike some dealerships, they take the $7,900 government rebate for EVs right off the top so you don't have to finance it yourself upfront and then wait months for the government to reimburse you! It doesn't get much better than that. More

They all really do work well together and have cultivated an unpressured atmosphere that allowed us to make decisions at our own pace. We did shop around but your dealership was able to deliver on a fair price, and a great staff to deal with.
