Awesome Experience This was our second new vehicle purchase from Erinwood Ford in the last year. In April 2017 I bought a new Ford F150. In March 2018... a new Ford Esc This was our second new vehicle purchase from Erinwood Ford in the last year. In April 2017 I bought a new Ford F150. In March 2018... a new Ford Escape for my wife. Salesperson Sami Hafez was fantastic. He knew the product well and was able to answer all of our many questions about the vehicle. Their huge inventory made it easy to find the right Escape and once again the Erinwood price beat other dealer's prices by thousands of dollars. Sami was easy to deal with... polite, knowledgeable and very professional. The entire process was quick and painless. Miss Carol Buckwald made the financial portion of the deal a breeze as well. I'll be calling Sami Hafez at Erinwood Ford when it comes time for my next new vehicle purchase. More

Family Friendly and No Pressure I was looking for a used base Flex but it turns out this is a rare trim so I decided to look at new. Erinwood is the only dealer in the GTA which stoc I was looking for a used base Flex but it turns out this is a rare trim so I decided to look at new. Erinwood is the only dealer in the GTA which stocks them. My wife, daughter and I arrived late in the afternoon as a walk-in and within a few minutes were assigned to Justin. We quickly realized how family friendly this place is when our 2 year old was given a balloon and no one seemed to mind how much she ran around the dealership. For some reason, the Flex is not a popular model, so all three that we test drove had to be boosted since they had been sitting for a long time. Justin patiently got every one started, though I'm sure if we made an appointment they would have been ready for us. Since we had a toddler with us and didn't want to put a car seat in every time, we also had to do two separate test drives but Justin didn't mind. He did't pressure or rush us and even got a second balloon when our daughter lost her first one. When we were satisfied and made an offer, Justin politely took it to the sales manager without any unpleasant haggling. Once we closed the deal, it was closing time but Robyn in finance was happy to stay late and quickly get our credit application out so it would be ready Monday. I need to call out again how family friendly this place is. We were there at least 3 hours and our toddler was happy and having fun! She doesn't last that long in most cases. I'm also appreciative that Justin and Robyn stayed late to wrap everything up. More

They will not help you. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke. Purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 from Erinwood and within three months had the transmission leak oil all over the exhaust that caused it to go up in smoke.When i finally made it home i had oil spill all over my driveway and had the truck towed for safety reasons.When i told Edda in the service department about this she told me it was not their problem.She said that came straight from the owner himself.SINCE THEN THE TRUCK HAS CONTINUED TO BE BACK AND FORTH FOR THE SAME ISSUE SEVERAL TIMES.On top of that it was again in for several other reasons.The customer service has gone down hill .So if you want to spend 90k on a truck that leaks oil all over the driveway and is a safety hazard to drive then Erinwood Ford is your place. More
