I was introduced to Mark, confirmed my selection with a test drive, and we made the deal. I possibly bought the least expensive car on the lot but Mark was charming, unhurried and walked me through the process. Erinwood already had the best price but Mark found me an extra discount I hadn't counted on and did it all with a wonderful smile and no pressure at all. I love my car and Mark made the purchasing experience very comfortable. When I had questions afterwards he was still there for me. I don't live in Mississauga anymore but I will go back and ask for Mark the next time I need a car. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. More
