Erinwood treats you like you are the only customer, no sales hype no sales pitch. My wife and I are impressed that all new cars are kept in a small indoor garage all freshly washed, waxed and detailed. Martin, as busy as he was with appointments, never made us feel rushed. We sat in the vehicles checking out the features. The receptionist asked if we needed help. We told her that we were just looking. It was nice that no one bothered us while we were in the investigative stage of our shopping. A couple of days later, we me Addy Seth. Very friendly. Gave us the keys for a Ford Edge to test drive. No hassles. After the test drive we went to other car dealerships but my heart was set on the Edge :) Came back to visit Addy again. He discussed details and he ended up staying late (almost 10:30pm) to find me my perfect vehicle. When the time came to pick up my new Edge, I was with Addy for over 2 hours! He explained all of the features in detail. Has texted/emailed me since to make sure all is good and that I'm enjoying my new vehicle. I told him I would read the owners manual. He discouraged me and said to email/text him anytime and he would answer any questions that I have. Amazing guy. I'm sure that the same level of professionalism that Addy has shown will also be shown by the Service technicians when it is time for me to have regular service on my vehicle. More
