The environment overall is welcoming and comfortable. As a woman, visiting a car dealership can be an ordeal but at Erinwood Ford there are no gender boundaries. Everyone is treated with the same respect and courtesy. Lem Weekes has always provided professional, reliable service. He is very personable, professional, jovial and kind. He is patient to share information and answer questions and sure to provide key points where required. There is no pressure to purchase and no deadlines invoked to apply pressure on the customer. A couple of years ago I was in a severe car accident on the 401 that totalled my then, 2011 Ford Escape. I had to replace the vehicle right away. Lem provided direction and support and decreased the anxiety I was experiencing around the whole ordeal. He made what could have been an extremely stressful and anxious situation manageable.
