Great Customer Servie My husband and I were looking for a new car, and went to Erinwood Ford. I am a repeat customer for the third time and ny husband’s first time not only at Erinwood Ford , but first time buying a new vehicle. Rob Ahamad helped us out before we even got to the dealership. I sent him an email asking for four separate quotes and he was great in providing us with the information before arriving to the dealership, so we could review and be prepared. Once we came in, Rob had the vehicle we wanted ready for a test drive, and off we went. We choose the Ford Edge 2018 and my husband loved the vehicle, how it drove, the size, and of course the look.. Rob then to us through the process of purchasing the vehicle, which was such an easy process, and gave us great information. Once we picked up the vehicle, two days later, Rob went through the whole vehicle with us showing us how to use the different features and took the time to explain everything to us. We are very happy with the service we received purchasing the vehicle. My husband and I would highly recommend Erinwood Ford. More

Having been to a few Ford dealerships in the area a week prior, in an effort to buy a 2019 Mustang and surprise our son for his 21st birthday, that wa Having been to a few Ford dealerships in the area a week prior, in an effort to buy a 2019 Mustang and surprise our son for his 21st birthday, that was quickly approaching. We were faced with challenges from other dealerships in simply obtaining prices, finding out the availability of a vehicle and response to email and returning phone call. Basic customer service principles to be honest. On some level, we are thankful that those occurred because we ended up at Erinwood and had a blast buying this car with Mark Maguire and Robyn Barrett. They were just excited as my husband and I on the purchase and were prepared to do what they needed to do to help in a successful surprise. Mark will forever be in our family pictures as the gentleman who sold our son Daniel his first Mustang. He filled the vehicle with balloons and threw in a baseball cap and was prepared (on his own time) to deliver the vehicle! Though these seem like small detail, they were huge to us and for this reason, any future Ford purchases will be occurring here. He does not try to push products to try and make a better sale, he is always upfront about price and problems that the service department have had with certain add-on options.
