Good car purchasing experience at Erinwood Ford Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre has good selection and good quality of used cars. The Salespersons are kind and helpful, especially Adam Alkhuja, Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre has good selection and good quality of used cars. The Salespersons are kind and helpful, especially Adam Alkhuja, Adam treated the customer with respect, offer the customer the freedom to look around the dealership car lot and inside the specific car that the customer would like to see and trustfully let the customer to test drive the car and bring the car to the customer own mechanic. In term of the car price negotiation with the Manager, Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre can’t give much room to negotiate in order to make a win win final negotiated price for both the customer and the dealership. Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre took care of the processing of car registration very well and did good on the safety check of the car and also clean the car nicely before releasing it to the buyer. All in all, it is a good car purchasing experience with Erinwood Ford Auto Clearance Centre. More

He made sure that we got the best deal but also ensured that we were introduced to all the departments to ensure that we knew the other erinwood family members for service. Mark went above and beyond in making sure we were extremely satisfied with the deal and when a problem was identified our fault not theirs he worked diligently to help us rectify. He provided guidance and and support in learning the new features of the car and as in the past offered to assist us with any questions that may arise with the new vehicle. Robyn provided excellent advice and was extremely helpful in ensuring the business part of the deal gave us the best bang for the buck. The service guys made sure the little adding that we requested were completed quickly and professionally. Average at best No one met me in the show room on the first visit, after 20 minutes I just left. Second visit I already had a vehicle in mind, I was not greeted for the second time in the show room. After 15 minutes I approached the service desk to have a sales rep paged to meet me. After 20 minutes I was met. I bought the truck I wanted. On the day of delivery, financing was incorrect. Had to rewrite the contract while I waited. I opened the hood and found that there was a squirrel nest encasing the battery. Don't know what kind of pre delivery inspection misses that...I called two months later to have some warranty issues addressed, there is no record of me purchasing the truck at Erinwood Ford. I had to convince the service rep that I bought it there... made the appointment... not keeping my hopes up for a good servicing experience... More

Joe took the time to put me at ease and explain everything to me. And even after the car was sold and I came back for paperwork he saw me and made me coffee when he could have just kept walking! Very knowledgeable and I will absolutley be recommending joe and this dealership to all my friends. Made sure I grabbed his cards on the way out to share. Cant say enough good things about Mr Joseph Gafari he made my first car purchase experience a great one! More
