Rather than going away to "check with my manager", he brought the sales director over to me we all negotiated a fair price. Mary took time to explain the different financing and warranty models and really helped me to understand the pro/con of each options. I asked if I could pick up the car a day earlier the next week, and was just going to get keys from reception. But both stepped up to make themselves available, well after their shifts. Thank you.
