Was not happy with the customer service I’m from a difference province and first time dealing with a dealership. We found a vehicle we were interested in buying at this dealership. Shawn was I’m from a difference province and first time dealing with a dealership. We found a vehicle we were interested in buying at this dealership. Shawn was at first great help as we only contacted through phone and emails. The bad experience we had with him was when he mentioned that we had to put a deposit down in order to bring our offer to the managers table. I found this kind of odd as to why we would need to do that. He then later mentioned that the deposit was more for taking it off the market listing. If he had mentioned this before hand we may have put down the deposit. We called him the next day and found out the car was sold without him mentioning it to us. He did not have any remorse, just straight blunt ‘you weren’t serious enough when I told you to put a deposit so now it’s sold.’ More

I had a bit of a unique situation g I just wanted to offer my appreciation to Brandie Martin and her Assistant Emily Butler of Don Wheaton's Edmonton. I had a bit of a unique situation getting into a vehicle and they accommodated me driving from Saskatchewan while I live in Manitoba! No sweat and No Headaches! If I could offer a 10 Star rating, I would! Super friendly; documents done via email; gorgeous vehicle ready upon arrival and if it wasn't for visiting I could have been in and out in 5 minutes. UNREAL SERVICE!!! They worked hard to find a vehicle that suited my needs and fit into the budget. In what seemed like no time, I was on my way and back to work in a vehicle I absolutely love and feel safe travelling for work in! There are a lot of choices of dealers to visit BUT DO NOT purchase anything until you have a chat with the team at Don Wheaton or you are going to seriously regret not seeing what they can offer you. There are many reasons they have been in business since 1963, an unbelievable staff that just wants to help being at the top of the list in my opinion. More
