This is the worst service department ever! If you expect courtesy and empathy you are sorely mistaken! This place refused to help us change a tire on a vehicle in their lot! We paid for keys to be cut and t courtesy and empathy you are sorely mistaken! This place refused to help us change a tire on a vehicle in their lot! We paid for keys to be cut and they never cut them properly so we couldn't get into the car. We asked to borrow a tire wrench but they refused to help so we had to use vice grips to get the luggs off. I couldn't believe the customer service, it was disgusting watching them come watch us suffer in the cold when it would have taken 5 minutes for them to assist and in the end after the place is closed thats when we realized that the stupid keys didn't even work! DONT EVER USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Once you pay they don't care! Thanks for nothing Don Wheaton! Shannon More

Most dishonest dealership ever! Trade my Cadillac in for another SUV I really wanted and they low balled me on my trade in, said they were not interested in selling my Cadillac and it was going straight to another SUV I really wanted and they low balled me on my trade in, said they were not interested in selling my Cadillac and it was going straight to auction. I was upset but really wanted the newer SUV so did it. 2 weeks later, what do I see on their site!!! My Cadillac selling for $8000 more from my trade in!! I would never have bought my SUV if I knew they were lying snakes! They new fully well they were going to sell my Cadillac and lied to me. Buyers Beware!! More

I had a great car buying experience and love my "new to me" Cadillac. The previous location made me feel less than welcome, maybe because I was looking at 10 yr old cars, but not here. The car was ready fo me" Cadillac. The previous location made me feel less than welcome, maybe because I was looking at 10 yr old cars, but not here. The car was ready for me, detailed and gassed up before i even got there for the test drive. Tim was organized and ready when i sat with him to do the numbers. Erin & Robyn made sure I didn't leave until everything was perfect with the car. They do their research and what they weren't sure of, they looked into it right away! I'll be sending people their way and this will be the first place I look for my next purchase! I love the atmosphere of your dealership! Thanks again guys! More
