I just had a real disapointing experience at this dealership. I booked appointment to check out a truck at 5pm. I asked my boss if I can leave work early so I can get there on time and drove all the dealership. I booked appointment to check out a truck at 5pm. I got sucked into financing to get what seems like a better deal. So, I did this, but Dileep Manson, the finance manager, was not forthright about all the extra costs, including the $4300+ for warrantie better deal. So, I did this, but Dileep Manson, the finance manager, was not forthright about all the extra costs, including the $4300+ for warranties I didn’t want. My intention was to get the “sale price” and then pay the balance within a month. It cost me $100 to cancel the warranties. He told me I shouldn’t pay it off early because it makes their bank angry. Why would I care if your bank is mad at you? That makes two of us now. The car is now paid in full, and I promise, we will never meet again, and I will spread the word. More
