Over The Top Customer Service I was looking for a new vehicle and my husband was not able to come with me as he was working in another province. You would think that this would be I was looking for a new vehicle and my husband was not able to come with me as he was working in another province. You would think that this would be a huge problem, well not with the team at Crestview! Justin and Steph went OVER and ABOVE any car dealership customer service that I have ever experienced before, and this will be my 7th set of wheels! Justin took time out of his own very hectic schedule to test drive it with me, and Steph was so fabulous and patient about answering any "girl" questions that I had when he was going over everything with me. They made the ENTIRE process so simple and seamless - my husband had not even seen it in person! To top it off I had a full tank of fuel (which has only ever happened one other time), and had a nice new "go-mug" courtesy of Justin.
