From pre-sale to post-sale, and even years after I purchased my MKC, he has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite, and highly responsive. Anytime I had a question about my vehicle, he immediately replied. He went above and beyond the scope of his role recently when I was trying to obtain documents from Lincoln. He did everything in his power to ensure I had the documents, even when it wasn't looking like I would get them in time, but in the end I did because of his perseverance, caring, and drive, and I cannot thank him enough.
