From a previous sale, I A little while ago I started looking for a more fuel efficient greener vehicle and came accoss the 2018 Ford Fusion Energi SE. From a previous sale, I decided to go with Zach based on an already excellent professional previous experience.I informed him that I was interested in the Fusion Energi and he would contact me the second he came across the one I was looking for. The second that car came in, Zach contacted me and informed me that the vehicle I wanted was in and I came that same day to check it out. Coming in I had very limited knowledge on hybrid/Electric vehicles. Zach and I went for a test drive, he educated me on everything I need to know and by the end of the test drive I felt confident in the features and the information that he provided to me. When it came down to talking numbers, I had a goal in mind with the payment I wasn’t sure we were able to get. Zach came up with a fast solution that actually brought myself under budget. Fun and friendly I don’t usually do reviews or give 5 stars but having dealt with another dealership in the past it sure was nice to have the knowledge and the concern I don’t usually do reviews or give 5 stars but having dealt with another dealership in the past it sure was nice to have the knowledge and the concerns of our vehicle addressed when we were looking for a newer vehicle we had mentioned a couple other products that we were looking at that were not ford built and Zach called the next day to ask how we liked the other products so it is nice to see some dealerships do show care Zach and the team were knowledgeable on the EDGE my wife and I purchased and they weren’t pushy on us which made us feel comfortable.
