Awesome Forester with a hiccup I have been researching Subaru Foresters for some time and when I saw a 2017 listed at Courtesy I went to have a look. Right away it was a positive ex I have been researching Subaru Foresters for some time and when I saw a 2017 listed at Courtesy I went to have a look. Right away it was a positive experience because Mitch James came out and showed the vehicle to me and we took it for a drive. We looked at the CarProof reprot and there was a miscellanious repair on it that neither Courtesy or Subaru could reason at the time. A day later Mitch let me take the Forester to pick up my wife so that she could drive it and have a look. We went over the vehicle pretty well because there were a few items in the pictures on-line that we wanted to check further. We didn’t notice anything outstanding. We purchased the vehicle with a little give and take from Courtesy and myself and purchased the “Protector”package. We picked the Forester up on the evening of Monday, June 4, 2018 and drove it to show family who almost immediately pointed out a scrape and ru-off of paint around the drivers’ side rear quarter panel. We followed up with Mitch and he took our concerns to his managers who said that it was pre-existing and that they saw it in the ad pictures. The originals were probably better quality than the ad because it wasn’t apparent to us when we had those few earlier mentioned things that we wanted to check out. The managers said that they could try to buff it out or get an estimate for paint repair which would be at our cost. There is the hiccup. Courtesy seems willing to come to a resolution, which I like in a dealership. More
Purchasing a F150 truck from Courtesy Ford I’ve driven a ford truck for years and knew I wanted another F150. Someone I know suggested I go to this dealership and see what they would do for me. Mack Graham introduced himself and said he was a salesman there. I found him to be polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the F150. He explained things in detail and offered his advice when I had questions. The day I picked my truck up Mack took time to make sure he went over all the features and assured me if I had any questions just to get in touch with him. A hand shake completed this deal. Matt Armstrong who works in finance made me feel comfortable and he was quick and efficient in completing the paper work. It’s a great feeling to drive a new F150 and every time I get in my truck I say. “I just LOVE my truck” More
