When it was time for me to upgrade from my 2009 Ford Fusion (you done good, kid, but it was time), it was only natural to connect with Juan to see what my best option was. Not only did he loop me in on a fantastic deal, but he actually went the extra mile (5.1 km, to be exact) to make sure I was able to test drive a 2019 Ford Escape at a time that was convenient for me and my schedule. At no point in the process did I feel pressured to commit to getting a new vehicle, and Juan was always great about reminding me that he wasn't there to sell me something I didn't need, but rather to help me find something that fit my needs. Juan is pleasant, amiable, funny, and exudes none of the sliminess that car salesman often seem to. He is genuinely there because he loves cars, and he loves helping people find something that works right for them. If you're in the market for a new or new-to-you vehicle, Juan at Courtesy Ford is your guy! Once I had decided to take the leap and commit to a new vehicle, I was turned over to Matt. Matt is experienced, knowledgeable, and offers a streamlined process, but without it feeling lacklustre or as though he's done this a million times (which he has) and couldn't care less. He talks to you like a real person, not like a number or a sales goal, and that makes all the difference. I felt immediately at ease with Matt, and we were able to carry a solid conversation throughout the process of dotting the i's and crossing the t's. He guided me on what coverage I should purchase in order to take care of my investment properly and also let me know what could wait until a later date. Upon delivery of my vehicle, Dee made sure to go over all the features with me while sitting in the car before I headed off the lot.
