My Ford F-150 I bought a 2019 Ford F-150, this was my second F150;Tim made it possible for me to trade in my last ford truck which I loved but ,It had no cruise con I bought a 2019 Ford F-150, this was my second F150;Tim made it possible for me to trade in my last ford truck which I loved but ,It had no cruise control,or power locks ,Tim made it possible for me to get that plus lots more tech to go with it ,he worked hard to make this possible for my financial budget,Which I thought it was impossible for me to buy a brand new truck,Tim went out of his way to make it happen.Which he said he would.Thanks Tim I love my truck,I would recommend Tim as a salesman to any one.Thanks Tim your the best. Poor service I have taken my 2018 F150 there a few times to get repaired and always comes back with more things wrong . It is not good that they are not open Satur I have taken my 2018 F150 there a few times to get repaired and always comes back with more things wrong . It is not good that they are not open Saturday. This last time I asked to have whining noise in the engine troubleshot and they said they couldn’t hear it. They did an update with the block heater cord and replaced front diff bearings. Got the truck back drove back to Fort McMurray then the whining noise still there, cruise control front collision sensor not working and now makes a funny noise when starting the truck. Never going back there. Wish the sales rep worked for another dealer as he is the best to deal with More
