Wonderful Customer Service My wife and I were shopping around for a new van because we're having our first child in December. We were set on the Sienna before going out to test drive a few vans out in the market and decided to drop by Charlesglen to look at the Sienna. Unfortunately, because of the timing of our child, we decided to go with a different vehicle since the 2018 Sienna wasn't available until a few months after our son will be born. But here's the thing, all of the safety features that sold us on the other vehicle would have been in the 2018. I felt guilty not going with the Sienna because the service we got was incredible! However, Tyler was really great to us and really listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for. He took the time to sit down with us and go through the features of the vehicle, explain how the service future of the vehicle will be for the lifetime of the vehicle, and gave me a great overall picture of what it would be like as a Charlesglen Toyota customer. There is no doubt that I'd be returning to this dealership and with Tyler when my vehicle needs change in the future Thank you Tyler!! More

Understanding Our Needs My father and I went into Charlesglen Toyota to find a car for my mom. As a family we have always owed trucks and SUV's. Her request was a small compact car she could just cruise around the city in, park easily and safe on gas. We met Paul, who showed us what we asked for, a hatchback, and Yaris. After going through the features and horsepower we weren't sure which one was the best for us. Paul stopped and asked us some questions, that actually pointed us to the Corolla. Although a little more than we wanted to spend, the answers to his questions indicted to me that we were looking for something more like this for my Mom. The 2017 Corolla, fully decked out, and a price only couple thousand more made the decision easy. I rationally said, I think this is a much better deal at which he replied, "I am glad we are on the same page". Mom came in to look at the car the next morning (because after everything said and done it was her decision) she couldn't have been more happier. We all had a great experience with our sales expert and she loved her instructor too! Although, she did say he was way too smart and half of it went over her head. More
