If you are interested in improving customer experiences, I would suggest the finance manager and other more senior manager lower the pressure to ask customers to purchase various protection plans or extended warranties. It would make customers more pleasant if you simply explain those to them and give them some time to think about it, especially if they have family members present, then take the decision the customers give without further persuasion or being visibly disappointed.  More

You sold we a 2019 Rav4 a few months ago. The lift gate is now not working on the vehicle. I have checked Dr. Google and nothing has worked. I have called your Service Department and they said it would cost $188 per hour to diagnosis what is wrong with it. This is a known problem. It is all over the internet that their are liftgate problems with the Rav4. Why wasn't I told about this little problem before you sold me this vehicle? You guys are such a rip off artists!! More
