Val rekindled our interest in the Toyota brand, initially describing the new Crown Signia, which we decided wasn't quite suitable. We then decided to investigate a hybrid. Val showed us a number of used Rav 4s as there were no new ones available. We finally decided to put down a minimal, refundable deposit on our ideal RAV 4 Hybrid. When it finally arrived, Val enthusiastically notified us, spent extra time to show us our new potential purchase even though it had not completed the total repurchase check up. We gave our final approval to accept it and Val steered us through the necessary processes to complete our purchase. She was with us every step of the way to answer our many questions. She assisted us through the app download and connection to our phones. Val has done follow-up calls with us and has assured us that she will be available for any future queries.
