I visited Charlesglen Toyota a few months ago to see if I could get my name on the list for the 2024 Tacoma. While it started to look like it will take a bit longer then expected, I opted to start my search could get my name on the list for the 2024 Tacoma. While it started to look like it will take a bit longer then expected, I opted to start my search for a 2023 model instead. I met with Andrew Sutherland numerous times (probably more then he liked). We walked through models, colours, features, the works. Looked at new/old and I was inching myself closer to a new purchase (after 3 to 4 visits). I landed on the TRD Sport Premium package, but at this time (end of December 2023) I wasn't having much luck sourcing one from this dealership - I know this post is a bit different, but I've been to 4 other dealerships in town and met with numerous sales staff and Andrew was by far the least pushy, most informative and accommodating. He had SR & SR5 models that I could have bought, but he knew my heart was set on the Sport Premium trim. In conclusion, I really wanted him to have my business and I hope that I can return one day to Charlesglen and make that happen in the future. This guy is a 10/10 sales rep and you should seriously consider talking to him about your Toyota needs! More
