Keep Calm and SCION I have had over seven years with Charlesglen Toyota. They were originally in Crowfoot and I followed them to the far NorthWest because there service I have had over seven years with Charlesglen Toyota. They were originally in Crowfoot and I followed them to the far NorthWest because there service has always been exception. I took my two year old Toyota (2008) to them (not bought from them but bought used at one year from a car lot elsewhere) and for the past seven years they serviced it and I trusted their opinion. They never once tried to oversell me on a requirement. They helped me prioritize what needed to be done to make it economical. Their continued great service - shuttle rides, pleasant waiting atmosphere with free newspapers and coffee/tea made it easy. In addition, their "AutoRewards" program was another draw. I bought this program over seven years ago (for about $60 and it is still the same price today I believe) and this gave me bonus coupons ($50 and $100 at their store which I used for windshield wiper fluid, wipers etc.) It also let me accumulate points towards a new vehicle (used or new) as as my points were to expire this July, I thought I should take a look. Bought a 2012 Scion and got delivery last night. I couldn't be happier. I was able to use my autoRewards, do a trade in and have a NO PRESSURE sale from them about what I was getting. I ended up using over $1100 in Auto Rewards that would come off the direct purchase of the cost of the vehicle and the trade in price was fair. I wanted some special decals on my car that they had in stock and they were AWESOME in making sure I got them. From the salesman (Garnett - ask for him) to the finance agency to the license area - they were all so courteous and helpful. If you want a NO STRESS experience this is the place to go. They truly care about providing you with the car you need ... not just selling a vehicle. I'm hooked and they have my business for long into the future. More

I visited 6 other dealers and didn't get the same level of quality anywhere else. Garnett (my sales person) was professional and had enthusiasm for his product; at other places it was so obvious they were just after my dollars, and quickly got frustrated at my desire to physically see and inspect vehicles, not just plug the "specs" I wanted into a computer and have it spit out "the car for me". At Charlesglen, they let me see the vehicle immediately, ask my copious questions, and not pressure me to purchase. They followed this up post purchase with amazing service when my phone caused some difficulties with the bluetooth. Their phones were connecting no problem but mine wasn't; they spent over 1.5 hours with different people including the manager trying to fix the problem, then stated they will cover any costs to make sure it's done properly. I'm impressed. I will definitely go back. More

When picking up on several occasions I was the only person in line, yet invisible to the three people at their computers, heads down and too busy to greet me. On other occasions, the service was brusque and impersonal, reducing my desire to return. This week I had my Rav 4 in because of some mechanical issues, and was lucky enough to be contacted by Dan Wilson. He was friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. He explained the glitches discovered in my vehicle and was clear and helpful in explaining the costs associated with repairing them. He treated me like a customer who mattered.When it looked like my car would have to stay overnight, Dan offered me a car, as my next day was jammed full and I needed a vehicle. As it turned out, my vehicle was ready to go the same day. It was a true pleasure working with Dan. He has made me willing to perhaps return to the dealership for oil changes and other services I was having done elsewhere. You have a real gem in Dan Wilson! More
Buying a new Prius C Since I have owned Toyota cars for the past 30 years, when it came time to buy a new car for my wife, we chose to deal with this dealership where I bo Since I have owned Toyota cars for the past 30 years, when it came time to buy a new car for my wife, we chose to deal with this dealership where I bought a RAV 4 8 years ago. We were met by Tyler Medland who was extremely friendly and showed us the Prius C which we were thinking about buying. We did a test drive in one of the ones available that day and after deciding that it was the car we wanted, Tyler walked us through the paperwork. The General Manager ,Tim Beach came to meet us and congratulated us on our new purchase. All very friendly. Then we met Phil Dao , we went over the financing with him and other details. Since we chose the Electric Lime Metallic colour, we were informed that we would have to wait a few weeks for the car... No big problem , it turned out to be less than 4 weeks as we also had the seat changed from black leather to tan colour. When we came to pick up our car, we met again with Tyler who was is very cheerful self also with Phil Dao who after going over the final paperwork,put us with Dan Wilson the Service advisor who took us downstairs to see the car . It looked amazing , the colour was great and our tan leather seats were a great match with the outside Electric Lime Metallic colour . Dan took a picture for us and then explained the features of the car and hooked up our cell phone into the system . Dan was extremely helpful and it was greatly appreciated. Overall our experience was enjoyable and we have another great Toyota car in the family. Job very well done by all the people we met. More
