Charlesglen has been my choice for 2 new vehicles now for the following reasons: 1) Excellent customer service - when a sales guy says he's going to call you back in an hour, he actually does it. Two different Hyundai dealers (Crowfoot and CH) do NOT do this. 2) Autorewards program - If you're going to service your car in the city anyway, why not get a bit of cash towards your next new car? This is a great loyalty program and it actually even gives you a discount at a few local retailers like Boston Pizza and others in the Crowfoot area. 3) Good, honest negotiating sales guys. I'd strongly encourage you to have a look at Charlesglen. Sean N was my sales guy and he's strong as well. More
