He knew that we were also going to be looking at Honda for a new vehicle, but did not put pressure on us to buy from Toyota. As safety was a big concern for us, he made sure to go through the safety features of the Rav in detail. This really helped us feel as though he cared about us and what we were looking for. He also respected the fact that our family was looking for a basic model, and he did not try to upgrade us unnecessarily. Toyota also offered our family the best deal they could and were very flexible in finding a price that worked for us. We are very thankful for this. Buying a car can be stressful but Mitch and the rest of the staff at Charsglen made our experience easy, informative, and personalized.
