From the moment I contacted the Dealership as a possible costumer , a senior and a woman alone wanting to buy a vehicle I was treated with respect, honesty and integrity. I did do my research beforehand on the vehicle that I wanted. I did not want to waste the salesperson time or be haggling over the price I wanted, any extra packages or warranties that you never use but increase the price of the vehicle. I was very straightforward with in regards to the price I was willing to spend and my final price to make the sale. There was no time during my interactions with the dealership that I felt that I was being manipulated. It was a very stress-free and positive experience.. My sales person, for the 2023 Buick Encore was Mohammed Malik who was professional, respectful, transparent and prompt .He was going the extra mile to meet the my concerns, questions and understood my extending situation. Mohammed was prompt with approval from his manager regarding the final price of the vehicle down to the penny. Throughout my experience with everyone that I encountered within the dealership I found all staff to be very polite, courteous happy and driven on customer satisfaction. The vehicle was available and was delivered to me spotless condition. All nice and shiny like a brand new car. There was concerns regarding the sunroof and that was repaired under the warranty at no cost to me The dealership even provided me with a courtesy vehicle while the Sun Roof was being repaired due to a failed motor. I had already paid for the vehicle but and they did not ignore my concerns. The dealership even stayed open late so I could pick up the vehicle after work as I work 12 shifts. There words “We will do what works for you”.. During my times at the dealership I felt that they treated all customers with the same, respect,, dignity and honesty that I was treated with. All the staff there seem to love their job and it showed in their work ethic and customer service.. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Capital GMC Buick dealership on 34 street in Edmonton. I have had previous bad experiences with car purchases where I know I got ripped off and was played for a fool and disrespected..This experience I can honestly say was uplifting and restored my faith . I am recommending this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a another vehicle either new or used.. I have had 4 bad experiences with varying degrees of dishonesty etc. I do not believe I am naïve. Other dealerships might consider adorning this culture and environment that Capital GMC Buick has fostered..Mohammed Malik more than earned his commission.
