Our experience with Capital from start to finish was nothing but impressive. We were greeted by Mario Majano who immediately took us to his office to discover our needs. We had driven down from Nipawi nothing but impressive. We were greeted by Mario Majano who immediately took us to his office to discover our needs. We had driven down from Nipawin, in hopes of finding a good used Buick Enclave and Mario found us exactly what we were looking for. What we liked about Mario the most was that he wasn't over aggressive or pushy, he was able to answer all of our questions and give us details on the vehicles we test drove, and even offered additional information off of the computer. Mario also delivered 'customer service' above and beyond when he offered to deliver our vehicle on his day off to us in Nipawin, which is close to a 4 hour drive. We left our vehicle in Regina so that it could be detailed and additional add-on's installed, knowing that Mario was personally going to deliver it to us the following week, now that's service. When our deal was finalized, we were also offered free hot dogs, coffee, water and donuts. We felt like our business was appreciated and we'll definitely refer our friends and family to this Dealership. Capital and it's staff rate high on our list. The result was that I drove out of their lot with the vehicle I wanted with the deal that I was satisfied with and I look forward to the same good customer service when it comes time to service my new 2013 GMC Sierra. We always deal with Evert when we are purchasing a vehicle. He knows what we want and we just go in there and tell him it "is time" and figures out what to show us.
