Purchased a used 2007 F150. SALESMAN LIED TO ME ABOUT THE PRICE AND TRADE-IN OFFER WAS WRONG AND DECEITFUL. Little did I know they include the 5% PST and 5% GST tax savings to the trade-in offer to make it l PRICE AND TRADE-IN OFFER WAS WRONG AND DECEITFUL. Little did I know they include the 5% PST and 5% GST tax savings to the trade-in offer to make it look larger than it is (3300$ + 160 PST +160 GST = offer of 3620$). Problem is my truck had PST already paid and was told I was getting 3620$. Was not given a break down of the deal until after I wrote a cheque. Complained to the finance manager that I was charged the admin fee and that I specifically negotiated a price including the admin fee and reconfirmed with the salesman after we said deal but was told since the salesman didn't write that on the sheet I'm basically SOL and that "this happens". Was advised that no matter what the salesman promises or says it has to be written on the sales offer sheet or it basically means nothing. I told the finance manager even their trade-in offer was incorrect on the sales offer sheet. He confirmed it was wrong and that is all. I did however get 357$ back for an inspection service they didn't even perform but again if I wouldn't have complained they would've kept the money for something they didn't do. I'm still contemplating putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I DETEST BEING LIED TOO. More

Terry was very friendly, he asked questions about what it was we wanted a vehicle was found in regards to what our needs were. We found our experience at Capital GMC to be actually quite delightful ... very different from the expected stress of buying a vehicle! I gave this "ok "review as my wife and I felt there was above average sale pressure even after we were told by the sales rep that he was not on commission. The finance manger and sales manager did a good job and have no complaint about their performance, unfortunately this is not the case for the sales rep. When we were test driving we were told by the sales rep that should we buy that the vehicle would be detailed and our vehicle would be filled with fuel. After the deal was done I asked the sales rep if he could fill the vehicle up with fuel as he previously stated to my wife and me. The sales rep said that would only have been done if it was worked in the deal. I advised the sales rep of his comments to me and my wife, but he stood by his comments that it had to be worked in the deal. Needless to say, My wife and I were not impressed and did not want to get into a debate/ disagreement as we were very tired and had to get on the road and wanted to get the delivery done. Our delivery experience seemed short and after I drove away from the lot I realized it was short because the onstar and xm radio was not set up as it suppose to in the delivery. I called the sales rep back about the Onstar and was told I could do it myself and I tried and ended up having difficulties with the Onstar setup to the point where they had to refer me to three people and now I have to wait for s senior Onstar tech to look into my setup. Perhaps if the sales rep would have done a complete job in the delivery this head ach would have been avoided. I have bought several vehicles from dealerships across Saskatchewan and Alberta and this is the first negative experience at one, so my assessment is from many past experiences. One final comment was the type of music that was being played at the dealership over its speaker system in my eyes was not professional. I understand the Capital GMC staff is young, but a professional dealership is the last place that should be playing "gangster" music. More
