Everyone was really nice, but It took 3 weeks to get nowhere with a used car. I went to another dealership and it took an hour and a half to get a brand new 2013. Buying a new vehicle was very extensive and a long dificult process for me...trust me I probably drove a few people crazy along the way!! lol.... I started the process in early 2013 and finally decided what to purchase and make a decision here in July. Through the whole search of what make (foreign or domestic) and model of vehicles I would consider, Shaun Barabonoff from Capital GMC was incredibly patient and understanding with my very long duration of deciding what to buy and when I was ready to make that big decision. I probably came back to the dealership about 5/6 times throughout those months and Shaun was always welcoming, very pleasant and did not make me feel rushed or pressured in anyway through my visits. Once I made the decision to purchase my Buick Encore, I was introduced to Jesse Fleming who took the time to explain all the bells and whistles on my new purchase! Since I had sold my old vehicle privately and had no way on getting to the dealership the morning I was picking mine up, Jesse even came to personally picked me up that day! I would say that Shaun exemplifies customer service to the 'T' and I was most pleased by his persona throughout the months I got to know him. My exposure to Jesse was on a few lesser occasions and from what I experienced, he is very patient, thorough and is willing to help his customers in anyway. He even has told me that once I decide to upgrade my phone (you can imagine its the same long process for me to make a decision...lol!) he will happily show me how to pare my phone to my new Buick Encore. And of course I will take him up on his offer! I can not express enough how pleased I was with both Shaun and Jesse's patience, understanding and excellent customer service! They made the process as simple and stressfree as they possibly could. Though it has been a long process for me (my own decision), I would recommend these 2 gentlemen to anyone who visits Capital GMC as they made it very enjoyable and a great experience! It was an overall great experience. My girlfriend and I were on the lot for maybe a minute or two when Brad came to greet us. He was friendly, knowledgable and was excellent to deal with. Lana was very personable and extremely professional, she answered all of our questions and if she did not know the answer to a question she was quick to get an answer from a colleague. She was working with another costumer at the same time as us but did not feel neglected what so ever, she would always check in on us throughout the process. She is a great multitasker and dedicated to her job and her costumers overall best interest. From the minute that my wife and I entered the dealership we were greeted and made to feel at home. I was able to describe to Taylor what I was looking for and after test driving a few vehicles I ended up b we were greeted and made to feel at home. I was able to describe to Taylor what I was looking for and after test driving a few vehicles I ended up buying the 1st vehicle that he had shown us. We were treated with respect and understanding. They were good to deal with on a trade in and gave me a fair price for my older vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle the interior was not cleaned to my satisfaction (cleaning fluid dripped on the seats and stained). Taylor saw to it that it was booked back in for further detailing and shampooing. When I got it back the next time it looked great. From my experience I would think that the cleaning department could have done a better job the 1st time and then it wouldn't have had to come back in, but the dealership saw to it that it would be cleaned to my satisfaction. If it had been done well the 1st time it would have saved us both time and money. Overall I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They remember who you are when you return for a visit or getting service done. Job well done to Capital GM and to Taylor Wilson and Jona McLeod for being there for us. Thanks for the experience. More
Lana was a great sales rep! She wasn't a pushy sales person and didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle. We were able to test drive the vehicles that we were interested in and the process wasn't compli person and didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle. She was very accomodating in searching for our needs and answering all of our questions and ensured we understood the terms. I would recommend seeing her, she was very pleasant and sincere and made the experience a breeze! More

I would recommend Mario, Shaun and Chad to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. If you haven't driven a 2014 GMC Sierra I recommend you do. This new design has been a pleasure to drive and the attention to detail is unbelievable. I am 100% satisfied! More
I truly hope that Lana Bryant represents the future of car sales. From the first introduction she made it clear that she was interested in making our vehicle shopping/buying experience a positive exp car sales. We never once felt that she was trying to lead us anywhere we didn't want to go. We had walked through the lot on Sunday and found the car we then purchased. Lana never once used those familiar lines ..like I think you'd be better off with this cadillac,,, no sense of up-selling at all. She focused on the vehicle we had selected and provided us with straight, honest interaction. An example is when we told her which car (2013 Dodge Avenger) we were interested in, before the conversation was over she had the car driven to the front of the show room, doors, hood etc open, ready for our inspection. She was a very positive person and I left there wondering who I could share this experience with. I look forward to our next dealing. In fact my son yesterday indicated he was thinking about purchasing a truck. On his next day off I will be introducing him to non other then Lana. That is saying something because years ago I swore I would never purchase a vehicle from a car lot, new or used and all because of the crooked, lying, and up-selling sales personnel. To go from that mind set to taking my son in hand to introduce him to Lana and the world of Capital GMC is truly speaking volumes about the positive experience my wife and I had. THANK YOU LANA... p.s... My wife (Joanne) thinks I should trade my 2002 dodge truck in with Lana before it gets any older. More
