When I returned to the dealership the next day to decide on the colour of my choice, Taylor Vogt was very accommodating, friendly and patient as I was very indecisive and confused in making this selection. Taylor went above and beyond my expectations (even after the sale) when she picked up my vehicle to have the remote starter installed and returned it to my workplace as I would not have the time to do this because of my work schedule. On July 20th, my wife and I visited Capital GM looking to purchase a newer used vehicle. We were warmly welcomed to the dealership by Perry Pachkowski. After chatting with Perry and telling him what we were hoping to find and looking to spend, we sat down and went through the product list to see what was available. Originally, I was looking for a smaller SUV but we fell in love with a 2012 Buick Verano in the showroom. It was a little more money than we originally intended on spending but Perry introduced us to Tony Plett and Kevin Gatschene who helped work out a plan that we were comfortable with and we are now the proud owners of the Verano. I've owned a Buick in the past and the Verano carries on Buick's tradition of comfort, smooth ride and a luxurious & quiet interior. A bonus is the fuel efficient 4 cylinder Ecotec engine. After the 'T's were crossed and the 'i's were dotted, Perry gave us a tour of the facility and departments. Perry, Tony and Kevin were very courteous, professional and helpful in making our vehicle purchase a very pleasant experience. It was like buying a car from a friend. Kudos to your staff. You really do have a dealership with a difference! I have purchased new vehicles from Capital GMC in the past and I was always completely satisfied with the sales process there. So when I was in the market for a used vehicle, Capital GMC was my first sto past and I was always completely satisfied with the sales process there. So when I was in the market for a used vehicle, Capital GMC was my first stop. Even though I wasn't looking for a GM, I went to Capital because I know they usually have the best selection of used vehicle of all types. We were looking for an Elantra and they had like 10 2013's to choose from. Even though we took our time with the buy, our saleperson Colin was really patient with us and let us take out a couple of different cars for as long as we needed. And when it came to the price, Jay and Dan kept working on the deal until my wife and I were happy with it. I would definitely recoomend anyone deal with these guys and I will do it again for sure. Trevor Folgering is the one who assisted me in buying my new Buick Encore, Michael the Team Leader has been so patient and he even gave me free All Weather Floor Mats for my new car...so nice of him. Matt the Finance Manager though looks like a smarty pants...still is easy to deal with and never a push over. All in all, it was one of the most relaxing car buying experience that I had.
