Poor Taylor and Jonah! I was sure I was making them CRAZY! I was adamant that I wanted the Santa Fe and I wouldn't look at anything else. Well, I drove home the Santa Fe and I was happy..or so I thought. I didn't take the gas consumption rating into consideration when I purchased the Santa Fe and I realized that I didn't let them know how much I actually drive in a day (over 100km/day). I was back mid-February complaining about the gas mileage and how I just couldn't afford to keep running the vehicle. Taylor was SO nice - he treated me like a very cherished client. He found the most beautiful Malibu - two years newer - less miles - better gas mileage - smart looking car and Jonah worked so hard to make the payments the same with even a better interest rate!!!. I took the Malibu for a 24-hour test and was hooked! I didn't even LOOK at another vehicle because when I described what I needed they matched me perfectly! I'm so happy with Taylor's service standards and positivity - I went in feeling so foolish and came out feeling totally accomplished and smart! Thank you, Taylor and Jonah!
