We had a great customer service experience with both Tony & Robert. They went above & beyond our expectations! Unfortunately we had a bit of a bad situation with our roof rack not being installed after givin & Robert. They went above & beyond our expectations! Unfortunately we had a bit of a bad situation with our roof rack not being installed after giving them one week to do so. This was due to the lack of communication between departments. Another thing is that the employees at the autospa didn't do a good job on our van so Robert had to send it back for a more thorough cleaning on Wednesday so when we went to pick it up on Friday the seats were still damp. Even though things didn't work out to our expectations we are grateful that Tony & Robert took the time to help make our experience better.
