I bought my first GMC truck from Ron back in 1998 and have become very good friends since. Ron always puts in 100 % into everything. Once the decision to purchase was made, Ron took care of everything from organizing the accessories to taking us to get our plates. Ron not only took care of all that, but I found out after that he came in on his day off to make sure the truck was ready and waiting...not many would do this now. I want to thank Ron for a truely awesome experience in helping me purchase my dream truck! More

I took this vehicle home for a test drive to show my wife and kids. We then all took it out for a test drive. We loved it and said it will work for us. When I asked to see Brads' sales manager to make a reasonable offer... I was told nothing could be done and offered coupons towards further purchases of accessories. I declined the coupons, I just wanted a little break on the price....I was not even offered the $100 internet coupon! Kien then took care of my paperwork. As I understand from coming from a family whose father was a 30 year sales specialist in auto sales, the team leader/Sales manager is to play a role in presenting and negotiating a fair price with the customer, this never took place. After doing all the final paperwork I asked for the vehicles papers so I could get it certified for plates.........This is where I have concerns. GM certified vehicles are to be certified before they are on the sales floor and this vehicle was not certified. I had to wait until the next day for the certification to be done. It was advertised on the web site that this vehicle was pre-certified. Why was I offered and delivered/sold a vehicle that was advertised as "pre-certified" and it was not? I drove this vehicle with my family in faith it was certified, purchased this vehicle, and had faith that the GM certification was in place to insure that I made the right decision with my purchase. After finding out I had to wait for it to be certified after the sale and signed the final papers I felt that processes in the dealership were not being done to GM pre-certified standard procedure. I am a specialty manager with the 2nd largest retailer in the world and know that I would not feel comfortable if this took place in my store.... More
So when our son and daughter in-law told us that Tony had set them Don for a sales consultation we jumped at the opportunity to tag along. Our son told Tony we were coming and he made the arrangements with Don. When we walked in the door Don came right to us making us feel comfortable. I can tell you to have a Hall of Fame member and Grey Cup winner work with us definitely excited and at the same time made us feel important. Don worked hard to to find a vehicle we wanted and when the one we thought we were taking had a minor option absence both he and Tony found us a great alternative. When it came to pricing, Tony, told us where it was at and explained the pricing formula. This resulted in us feeling we got a fair and honest price for our GMC truck choice. Matt, our finance guy, explained all of the options surrounding additional protection for us and our new truck. This set our mind at ease as we felt we knew at any given time what our true cost was. Overall we had great experience. This was all capped off with an opportunity to get a picture with a man that excels in all the fields he plays in. Piyush was very pleasant to deal with. He was very helpful in advising us when the van would arrive at the dealership as although it was advertised in the paper the van wasn't there.
