I came into the dealership and was greeted by a very friendly, professional, and handsome might I add ;) salesperson named Brad. From start to finish, Brad was great! He helped me pick the perfect vehic friendly, professional, and handsome might I add ;) salesperson named Brad. From start to finish, Brad was great! He helped me pick the perfect vehicle. Being a man who is very meticulous about details and my past vehicles, Brad answered all my questions in detail and the best part is I did not feel pressured any step of the way as I have felt at other previous dealerships. While we were taking the car for a test drive, he was very knowledgable and managed to explain every feature of the vehicle. Moreover, Brad made me very comfortable throughout my experience of buy my vehicle. Capital GMC is a great dealership and Brad is an amazing man. Unbelievable service!!! I recently decided to purchase my first vehicle and when asking around to where I should go I heard a lot of great things about this dealership. Being that I am a young women who does first vehicle and when asking around to where I should go I heard a lot of great things about this dealership. Being that I am a young women who doesn't really know anything about vehicles I was very hesitant to try and find a vehicle on my own thinking that I'd get played around and con into purchasing the first vehicle I see. I had an idea of what I wanted but didn't know how to go about doing anything. Serey and Justin were incredible!! They listened to everything I want and needed. We looked at a few vehicles my first visit and they were exceptionally thorough with every detail. Never pushed anything on me that I didn't want. My second visit I test drove a couple more vehicles and found exactly what I was looking for.
