Mike understood my needs as a full time student and helped me find a vehicle that is great on gas and is affordable, and when I needed a night to weigh my options they were more than understanding and accommodating without being too pushy. Matt exceeded what his job would require him to do and got me a better interest percentage, as well as, getting me approved for no payments for 90 days. everyone answered my questions to help me make a well informed and final decision. They even let me borrow the 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I was looking at financing for the night to get a better feel for the car due to having a short test drive. Our sales person, Everett, came out to the parking area to greet and introduce himself to us. He proceeded to show us the various Encores we were interested in and then explained the differences between them. From the moment we decided to purchase a vehicle the process was completed quickly. We met with the sales manager Justin who completed the deal to our satisfaction. From there we met with Jessica in the finance department who was really pleasant and completed the business aspect quickly. Overall our experience was very good--everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. We've dealt with Capital GM for over twenty-five years and will continue to be loyal customers due mainly to their exceptional customer service. I rate them a 5 out of 5! More

There was some mix up when they told us our truck was in, it was the wrong one so we had to wait a couple more weeks for the right one to come. We were disappointed to find out our salesman had left the dealership and hadn't let us know who to call for information regarding our vehicle. The vehicle came in and it met my full expectations, we were also introduced to our new salesperson, Jon Dreger. Jon is a great guy and we couldn't have been happier. The personal service of all the department employees that Jon introduced us to was beyond our expectations. We will be quite happy and confident to return to this dealership for whatever service we require. More
