Sale over customer We made it clear we were interested in a vehicle (at Capital). They offered nothing in terms of advice for us to hold onto that vehicle (example take We made it clear we were interested in a vehicle (at Capital). They offered nothing in terms of advice for us to hold onto that vehicle (example take it for a couple hours to test drive it - and hold on to it). We called back shortly (hour and a half later) to make the purchase only to find out Piyush Kohli allowed the vehicle to be taken by someone else for a "test drive". We offered to purchase then on the spot only to be told that we can not while the other person has the vehicle. Good for them, not for us. We felt like the sale was far more important than we were. The other person did buy the vehicle and we never had another chance to do anything with it. We also were told that Capital has a fee of ~$500 on every vehicle they sell. I asked what this fee included, example a full tank of gas etc. We were told there was no specific benefit to us, it just covered admin. We were also told there would be no full tank of gas but just enough to get us where we were going (which I guess was the gas station). Just not a very friendly experience and certainly not customer friendly. In contrast, the salesman at Taylor Motors was the opposite (where we ended up buying). Hamilton Brown went out of his way to insure we would got the vehicle we were interested in and that it was not going to be scooped out from under us. The ~$300 fee they charged was defined as to the benefits to us and was included in the negotiated vehicle price (without asking). We also received everything we asked for plus things we did not (like a full tank of gas that I guess was standard as I never even asked after my experience with Capital). Guess where I will be going for the next vehicle? More

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, anywhere. This dealership does not stand behind what they sell. They believe that they are above the law, and do not care about the customer at all. The sales staff are arrogant, deceitful, and proud to be so. They are well trained at defending themselves to the point that we heard the exact, to the word, statements from both the sales person and the team leader. We have owned over 50 General Motors vehicles over the years and are die hard General Motors owners, but will never darken the doors at this dealership again. Buyer Beware takes on a whole new meaning at this dealership. My son and I were disgusted with the treatment we received at Capital. More
Very poor service I purchased a new 2013 Seirra. Over 18 months it was in the shop 8 times !!! Most of the time I had to come back as things were not done properly the I purchased a new 2013 Seirra. Over 18 months it was in the shop 8 times !!! Most of the time I had to come back as things were not done properly the first time. My truck was in 5 times for wind leaks and once for a water leak in the drivers side doors. It was also in twice for a rattle in the door.( The first time they didn't solve it.) The second time after taking Nate for a ride he ( Nate was awesome!!! he had the same truck as mine and knew things were not right ) was able to FINALLY make sure it was fixed. They then blamed the wind noise on my RECENTLY installed vent shades !!! This was a problem that had been occurring since day one long before I added them!!! Tried booking it in yet again, they would not return my calls. I got fed up with the extremely poor service and traded my truck on a Ford. Loved my GMC but to the quality of work and terrible service from Shaun and some of the techs I will never go there for any kind of service work again !!! More
