Good experience although Enjoyed the purchasing experience at Capital GMC. Very well set up. Very friendly. My issue with this purcahse is the fact that the same day I picked Enjoyed the purchasing experience at Capital GMC. Very well set up. Very friendly. My issue with this purcahse is the fact that the same day I picked the vehicle up, I had to make a service appointment for it. Letting a 12,000 used vehicle off the lot with a very noticable screech coming from one of the tires is unforgivable. Whether or not this issue is covered under their 90 comprehensive warranty I don't know yet. If I can get this issue dealt with under warranty I am good.If they stick me with the cost of the repair they'll never see me again. Great people to work with, something slipped through the cracks with this one though. More

Expensive and poor quality parts I own a 2010 Chev Ground FX truck. I bought it with 25,000 kms and it has 40,000 kms on it now. I bought extended warranty. Soon after I got it, th I own a 2010 Chev Ground FX truck. I bought it with 25,000 kms and it has 40,000 kms on it now. I bought extended warranty. Soon after I got it, the backup camera quit. I was quoted something like $1700 to replace the whole thing. I couldn't afford that, so I did some research on my own (simple google search) to find out that they quite often fail at a connection under the silence plate. In a half hour I took off my plate and hard wired the wires and now I have my back up camera again. A couple months ago my molding fell off the truck. Gone. I needed to buy the part and then get it painted and re-installed. No warranty for body parts simply falling off? And oil leaks from everywhere. I just paid $1300 to get an engine oil line, a transmission cooler line and the power steering line fixed. The engine line was under warranty, but none of the rest. Obviously very poor quality parts from factory. On Wednesday, I went to get an oil change from an oil change place (typically I would go to Capital but I'm sick of them) and the oil place suggested I don't get a change because I have oil leaking (it’s interesting that they could have simple changed the oil and charged me, but instead they suggested I take it back to Capital for them to fix...Capital didn't suggest a better alternative for me with the backup camera?). So now I have to go back to Capital again. It’s very tough for me to get my vehicle to them and it is a serious pain to go there every few weeks with a truck that is virtually new. Not impressed. And did I mention I am broke? More

I did feel like Greg had my best interests in mind and spoke to the level of a vehicle expert that I am (level 0!) oppposed to overwhelming me with information I did not care about or understand. In 2011 I went to capital to buy my first brand new vehicle when I walked in there was not a sole in sight to help I walked up to the glass offices and knocked on door and asked sales man if he wanted to sell a truck ( could not believe I had to ask ) sales man said sure so we went looking sales guy was great after I got him off his xxx, found a truck I liked which happened to be a capital custom a 2011 GMC Sierra with a 6" bds lift Crome rims all the bells and whistles did all the paper work got keys I was a happy guy jumped in truck realized had no gas so went back in to sk sales man if I get a full tank when I found him he was high 5in the finance guy which made me feel like I just got ripped off when asked about gas he gave me a 40 voucher which didn't even give me half a tank. After a week or so I noticed a few problems one it shook real bad in auto 4x4 and 4x4 second there was a hole in seat where air bag third the trim piece on dash was installed wrong so I went back to capital and that's when I learned how bad the service was long story short took them to 70000km to fix my issues and then the kicked me out of the dealer to never return, I have now bought a 2013 terrain slt2 and a 2015 Chevy traverse LTZ from Wheaton chev they have great service I recommend to all never go to capital gmc It seems hard to believe that a dealer such is that could do what they did when gmc Canada would have paid most of the bill I had to then get all warranty work done at Wheaton Im 35 years old and plan to buy many vehicles which will never come from capital gmc I don't believe this comment will stay in this site for long as capital gmc owns the company that created it,,, More
