Patience and Outstanding Customer Service I had been working with Paul Konanz for a month or so to find the right vehicle. Paul was always so patient with me as he new this was a big purchase and when the right vehicle came, he notified me immediately and went above and beyond to ensure that it was indeed the right vehicle. Taken advantage of My 25 year old daughter whom just had a baby was looking for a reliable vehicle. Her credit was not the best but they said they could take over the lo My 25 year old daughter whom just had a baby was looking for a reliable vehicle. Her credit was not the best but they said they could take over the loan she had and work out a payment on a newer vehicle. She test drove a 2013 Jeep compass and said yes. She was excited that she could get a new vehicle for her and her newborn son. It took a week for them to get the Jeep ready and when we went to pick it up we noticed a big paint chip in the hood and a window chip on the front. We asked to exchange the vehicle and they said yes. I made the mistake of letting her go (Her Dad) by herself and they pushed the Jeep on her. They did fix both chips which took 2 weeks and never offered a vehicle to get her back and forth to work for 2 weeks.. The kicker is 5 weeks after I drove it and noticed it had winter tires! Really! I called Paul and Matt at Capital and they said the tires are perfectly fine and said there was nothing they could do. She purchased the Jeep and got possession on April 29/16. Spring! not Winter. The best is after she signed for an extended warranty $2600 and the car would not start exactly 60 days or 2600 km later and it needed a new battery the charged her $365 dollars. When she asked them to check some loose wires hanging out the back bumper they said that would cost extra! In the end I understand my daughter was naïve but they took advantage of her because of her situation. Paul and Matt have no morals and guide there dealership by GREED and Money! this was a terrible experience on her. Worst of all they knew this vehicle was for the Safety of her Son as he was with her while purchasing the vehicle. To put a new born at risk with Winter tires and faulty battery and to take extra $$$ to fix these is disgusting!! Bye the way when asked what they could do they both ignored my messages until I called back or went down to see them and nothing they could do! They got the sale and washed there hands of everything. More

Not only did they suggest that we take the car home overnight to further test drive the vehicle, they handled and completed specific requests we had very well. They were helpful and made everything work for us in the limited time we had. The finance team, on the other hand, was a little bit more deceptive. The original payment for financing provided was over 6 years but when we were finalizing the numbers, they automatically changed it to 7 years to hide additional costs without our consent or providing an explanation. We had to ask multiple questions to ensure we were only paying for what we wanted. The finance team was friendly and enjoyable to work with (other than the misleading information provided). More
